How it works in practice
We visit your site at the frequency set by your plan, document real progress with professional equipment, and send you the report the same day as the visit. If furniture or materials arrive, we check them against your purchase order before they’re installed. If anything unexpected comes up — a weather event, a major construction milestone — we add an extraordinary visit so it’s documented in time.
And once construction is finished?
Once your property is finished and ready to live in, monitoring doesn’t have to stop — it naturally transitions into Modo Punta Care — Property Care, our line of periodic check-ins and maintenance management for when you’re already living in (or not yet living full-time in) your home in Punta del Este.
