Pueblo Mío is a gated community at kilometer 5 of Route 104, in Manantiales, department of Maldonado, Uruguay. It has two vehicle entrances, one on Route 104 and one on Camino del Golf, which gives good connections to La Barra, José Ignacio and the area’s main beaches, such as Playa Bikini, Playa Manantiales and Playa Montoya, known for their natural beauty and refined atmosphere.

The location suits those who want quiet without being cut off from the region’s key points. It is just 5 minutes (3 km) from the center of Manantiales, 10 minutes (9 km) from La Barra, 15 minutes (13 km) from José Ignacio and 25 minutes (24 km) from downtown Punta del Este. Laguna del Sauce International Airport is only 40 minutes (38 km) away, which makes access easy for international visitors and for residents who travel often.

The development covers 159 hectares, of which 86 hectares are common areas. One of its main features is nine artificial lagoons covering 30 hectares, which blend the natural landscape with the community’s infrastructure.

Pueblo Mío was developed by the XDeveloper group, with construction starting in 2009 and the community opening in 2011. It has 180 lots in total, each averaging 4,000 m². Several lots are currently for sale, with prices that vary by location, size and views.

Highlighted amenities include a Club House, swimming pools, a gym, a yoga room, tennis and soccer courts, an equestrian area, boat storage and 24/7 security. Together with the natural setting, the quality of the infrastructure and the proximity to key destinations, these make it a fit for both permanent residence and high-end vacations.
