A sunny, windy afternoon on Avenida 10. Away from the beach plan, residents and visitors chose to stroll La Barra, browse shop windows, enjoy the food and take in the architecture that defines the identity of this coastal corner. Among the weekend’s snapshots, Argentine, Brazilian and some North American license plates stood out, a reflection of the international character the area keeps all year round.
